Current weight: 146.8 lbs or 10 stone 6.8 lbs
I forgot I was weighing in this morning and ate first. Urgh...I'll be weighing every day this week. :)
Only 2.8 lbs heavier than before I went home for Christmas. I knew I had gained, but I'm thankful it wasn't much. I always feel "heavy" after flying so I'm hoping it drops off in a day or 2. I'd really like to see 139 by Thursday - but unless a lot of this is just bloating (which is how I feel today) then it might be mission impossible.
However, I refuse to give up. I've come a long way. Yes, I'd love to tell David I've lost 20-21 lbs...yes I'd love to be at that 1/2 way mark. I may not be there today, tomorrow, or Thursday...but I WILL get there. I'm hoping to meet with my Trainer on Tuesday. I'll be working out on my own today & tomorrow, a few good runs might be a grand idea :) Long as the England rain takes a chill pill. Otherwise, it's workout DVD's and I got plenty of those.
With all that said I've decided this is MY year and I am GOING to make IT happen! I didn't start this journey to quit because of some lousy 2.8 set back and I refuse to let that number bring me down. I've learned a lot in the last 4 months & I am tougher than 2.8

A little tight, but that's okay - if I gotta look at it (rather than cover it up) then I'm more inclinded to fix it.
