Inspired Spirit 2014!

Several, several months back I had the idea of creating an inspiration board for myself. I started the project with the idea of using photos from magazines, online and a lot of the funny fitness quotes I read on Facebook. I took the cardboard backing out of an 11X14 frame and covered it in black paper. I had a piece of scrapbook paper with “running” stuff on it that I set aside to use with it and there it sat for however long I’d forgotten about it. I truly do not know. I tend to always have an unfinished project. I would love to FINISH them all and get caught up on them…but the thought of that stresses me out so I’ll just take it one project at a time and try not to add to many new ones in between.

The finished inspiration board looks nothing like I’d first envisioned it looking. It looks better! I got to thinking a lot about what inspires me, what I need to be reminded of, what pushes me, where I want to be physically, mentally, emotionally and how I intend to get there.

I also thought a lot about ‘social media’ and how it makes women believe they have to look like Barbie. As a matter of fact my son and I recently had a conversation about this very thing. We were at the convenient store getting a few snacks and the lady working the register was so very plastic. She had a ton of make up on, fake eyelashes, eyeliner like crazy and her skin was so very tight. As we left my son says to me, “Was that woman even REAL?! She looked so FAKE!” I wonder how she would feel to hear how an 11-year-old boy thinks. I told him, “Yes, son she’s real. She just believes she has to look like that. Social media has made it so.” He replies, “Well, she looks like a plastic doll”. I said to him, “So you don’t like girls that look fake uh?” His answer, “No. I like real girls with ponytails”.

So as I thought about things I’ve seen, read, and heard…I also reflected on ‘what people think and tend to believe’ and I asked myself, “Do I?” Do I think I have to look like A, B or C? Do I think I need her legs, or her arms, or her tight abs to be the best me, the me everybody wants to see and know? To be a good trainer, a trainer people will hire?

I had to be cold, hard and honest with myself. Yes, I love the way certain fitness models look and I’d enjoy looking similar. I can’t deny that.  However, looking JUST like say Amanda Latona is NOT looking like TONYA VANWINKLE is it? I want to look like ME! I want to look like the BEST ME I can be! I will NEVER look just like her! I may eventually have a few similar things, like her amazing abs (I can dream) but I will NEVER be her. I will always be me and trying to be someone else makes me what? FAKE. The LAST thing I ever want to be.

I have always prided myself on being REAL, authentic and honest. I have no desire to change that. I may desire to change my physical outward appearance to be in the best physical shape for me and my body, but I’ve no desire to change my core values; the things that are important and mean the most to me. So I came to the conclusion that to reach my personal goals, to be the best I can be for ME and MY family, and to take care of the body and spirit that God gave me … I have 3 simple choices.
  1.  Give up
  2. Give in…OR
  3. Give it ALL YOU GOT!

Recently, this morning actually I saw this photo on Facebook and I thought, “YES!” That is the RIGHT answer!!!

What inspires me? PEOPLE! People inspire me. People I see out there doing things they are afraid to do, people biting the bullet and trying to get healthy. People taking a second or maybe third chance even though they know it could really hurt them and offering love. People who do not believe in excuses, people who make you believe limits are only there if you put them there. People who encourage you to do more, go further and fight harder. People who BELIEVE in YOU.

What pushes me? Those same people, because if they can do it…so can I and because they are the last people in the world that I would ever want to let down. Because when people look at me…I want them to be inspired too. Not think, she’s so fake!

So many of us fall victim to depression, unworthiness and we surrender in defeat to a fight we didn't even realize we were fighting. The weight of the world ends up on our shoulders because we try to bare it all and smile through it. When in reality we just need one person, anyone to simply BELIEVE in us because if ONE person believes that we are worthy then we just might actually be ENOUGH. The problem with that is…for that ONE person to believe in you – YOU must first BELIEVE in YOU and LOVE YOU enough to try, to get out there, face those demons, chase those dreams, endure the pain and LIVE this LIFE! Be an active participant in it and stop sitting on the sidelines.

I remember one time I asked my husband a question that was very important to me, it was a few years ago. It was then that I realized how badly I needed him to say he believed in me. It was like this deep deep aching within my soul and his answer left me longing for that ache to be filled. I still don't know if that man believes in me or not, but what I do know is I believe in me and that took a lot of work. I fear a great many things. I try not to, I know the Lord says, "Do Not Fear" but I'd be lying to you if I said I didn't. I fight those fears every single day - so trust me believing in oneself is NOT easy, but it is worth it. That I can promise you.

If you want to succeed…you are going to have to GIVE IT ALL YOU GOT!
Your HEART & your SPIRIT!
...and if you give all that to GOD...he'll drive the car for you.

So who are the pictures on my inspiration board of? PEOPLE! People who I LOVE, people who have touched my life in one way or another, people who push me, inspire me and believe in me. People who have one by one made a HUGE impact on my life and helped me to see I am far more capable of things than I ever believed.

Before photos:

After photos:

In these photos you see:
  • A woman who has faced so many fears…that woman is ME.
  • A couple who were married for 65 years, who taught me more about enduring life than I ever realized and who sadly left me and went home to be with Jesus in 2013. My GRANDPARENTS.
  • A woman breaking it down and giving all she’s got to Zumba for the first time, a woman who has taught me to never ever give up and to fight for what I believe in every day. My MOM.
  • A man who has supported me, been there for me and loved me through it all. My HUSBAND.
  • A girl and a boy who taught me what it means to live with my heart running around outside my body and who amaze me every single day. My CHILDREN.
  • A woman who has battled so many personal struggles and still continues to get back up, try again and encourage others. My JENNY.
  • A trainer who pushes me so gently I don’t even realize he’s doing it and helps me realize I am capable of far more than I sometimes believe, without him I would have never attempted the Ultra Eagle Competition. My TRAINER…Herman.
  • A trainer who encouraged me to try new things, pushed me outside my comfort zone and has always answered me bazillion questions. My HIIT instructor – Fathia.
  • A woman who I watched run a 5K very much pregnant, who made me think well if she can do it like that, surely I can do it with asthma. Cindy.
  • A woman who said to me, "you just gotta get through the first 1.5 miles then you'll be ready to go" and who battles asthma with me. Sam.
  • A woman who I watched show up day after day after day and give it everything she had, sometimes cussing, sometimes screaming, grunting or growling, always pushing herself as far as she could and never giving up. The day she did lunges down the basketball court without holding the wall I had to stop and watch and I nearly cried for joy. I was so extremely proud of her! Jessica E.
  • A group of people who are always willing to do some crazy event be it 5K, 10K, 13.1, 26.2, Spartan, Sprint Triathlon or a Mud Run. A group of people who help me believe I can do it too! My FRIENDS.
  • And lastly, the one who said to me, "a 5K is not crazy! Lets do the 13.1 instead" with only a month to train.....My SISTER - Holly, whom I ran my very first 1/2 marathon with.
Every single person in each of those pictures is important to me, without them I have no idea where I would be right now. Every day they inspire me in one way or another. Every day they make me smile. And every day they help me become the BEST me I can be; remaining TRUE, HONEST and REAL!

There are not magazine photos on my board because I live a life far more inspired than photos of some people I don't know who without trying making me feel inadequate. At least with these people I feel

STRONG
BEAUTIFUL
and

ABLE!

So the next time I need a reminder that "I GOT THIS" - all I gotta do is look at the beautiful faces who have greatly blessed my life and say with the deepest of gratitude...

THANK YOU!

For Sale!!!

As a military wife, there are few things of importance with moving to different places and having different homes. First, your home is never going to be the right size. It is either going to be too big or too small. If it's too big you'll end up buying stuff just to fill it for some strange reason. If it's too small, you throw away half your stuff, try to sell it or put it in storage.

Every time the PCS (permanent change of station) season rolls around military families start working on clearing the clutter before the move. The biggest of those events I believe is the International moves! When we moved to England we left a lot in storage because we were told the houses were (are) about the size of cereal boxes...think Stewart Little.

Now, we are in the process of preparing to move back to America...it will be 6 years by the time we leave here...that's a LOT of accumulation!

The second thing of importance I find is 'storage'. Am I going to have enough room for a, b or c and do I really need this? Have I used it in the last 6 years, last year? I'm constantly de-cluttering and somehow still manage to have plenty of clutter. The job is never done.

I am currently going through my craft room/supplies and parting with a good amount of stamps used for scrap-booking & card making. So if you are interested in that type of thing please have a look HERE

There is a good amount of stamps listed already and I've a lot more to add, so be sure to check back regularly. Also, share this with your 'craft' friends. The less I have to move, the better.

The third thing of importance with this being Thanksgiving weekend and all, that I believe I should mention...our kitchens are ALWAYS too small! :)

I hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving and God Bless!

Old and New

Yesterday, I was busy going through all my stamps and I've a rather large collection, to be really honest I actually have too many. I've been trying to decide which ones I really want to keep and which ones I am okay parting with and would like to try and sell. I'll be trying my hand at eBay soon. Hopefully, it works out because I do have too many stamps...and I'd really like some newer trendy ones :) The difficult thing I find in this endeavor is "what if I need it for something later" .... I'm having to ignore that thought and press forward.

I can only hope that the fact that I remounted all my wooden/rubber stamps does not hinder me in selling them. As a military wife I never know how big or small my next home is going to be. Therefore, I try to keep storage to a minimum and sadly I'm nowhere near as good at it as I'd like to think I am. I've had scrapbook rooms that were utility rooms, extra bedrooms, dinning rooms and in one house all my supplies were in the hall closet (that was at the beginning of course).

For me remounting my stamps and storing them in CD cases seemed to drastically shrink the amount of space required to store them. However...nearly 300 stamp sets is far too many for me.

I have 16 of these CD boxes (IKEA baby!) and 10 are full of stamps...

One other thing I realized in my sorting is that I seem to be a 'sentiment' junkie. I've about 3 CD boxes of stamps that are nothing but sentiments! How many different ways can you say "Happy Birthday" and on and on...craziness!

During my sorting I of course had Facebook up to keep me entertained and was also watching a few CTMH videos and other things as well... multi-tasking you know. I came across this post about tying a bow with a fork...I thought "no way" and well I had to try it...

I think it turned out pretty good for my first attempt. Guess I need to keep a fork in my craft room now. Won't that start some interesting conversations :)

My Close to my Heart kit arrived today!!! So exciting!!!

I wanted to look inside so badly and check things out but I had dinner to get finished with first...

I might have taken a tiny peek...before finally I got to sit down and really look at it!!!

I think however, my 14-year-old daughter was just a bit more excited than I!!! As soon as dinner was over she asked me, "So, Mom can we go play with the new stamps?" Seriously, how could I say no? If only you could have heard her giggle. :)

She was so excited over the fact that the stamps are clear and she could see right through them that I thought she was going to flip out on me. She even made me look as she stamped an image, "Watch Mom, see when you squish it where it needs more ink? You just push a little harder there and BAM!

This is what the stamps look like fresh out the package...

And this is to give you and idea of how CLEAR they are.

She made 2 little creations in her 'playing around' this evening. Here they are:

This top one this is the CTMH Cityscape set. I honestly had no idea what to do with it myself yet. Ashlynn tends to do things directed toward or from music. Silver Bells is her favorite Christmas song...

This set, the Paisley Perfect set (minus the little leaf - it came out of the Laughing Lola set) was the set she was so excited to see. She loves paisleys and draws them regularly.

So the first person to play with the new stamp sets from my CTMH kit...my daughter Ashlynn. I've got a feeling she'll be spending a lot of time in my office...good thing I moved her desk in here a long time ago. Speaking of which - that desk is a work of art that she herself created/painted. It was just a boring old brown desk and then she had some babysitting money, a trip to the craft store and some spray paint!

With my girl...it is never boring and it is usually rather bright and bold.

The other thing we got excited about besides the fact that CTMH stamps are CLEAR was the Ink Pads. Crazy thing to get excited over I know. They are not big and bulky or awkwardly shaped. As a matter of fact they're kinda flat and stack right on top of one another. At first we thought we were going to break it trying to open in (they are just a little stiff at first, no worries) and then we realized it flipped and folded on top of itself. So cool!

At first the ink pad looks like this:

 Then you open it:

Next you twist the top part (where the ink pad is) to the left or right until it meets the front again and snaps securely in place.

Finally, your ink pads are stack-able! And the shape of them, the flatness I believe is going to make storing a breeze & minimal. I'm so excited to have new toys to play with! :)

Lastly, I have to mention the acrylic blocks. These (for those of you that do not know) are used to put your stamps on and stamp your image (no wooden blocks remember). Over the years, I've had a variety of acrylic blocks. You see them in a craft store and they're cheap so you pick up another size just in case you need it.

The thing is out of the acrylic blocks I own I've always had 2 favorites that I use 99% more than the other ones sitting in the drawer...what I didn't realize until last night is that those 2 favorites are CTMH!!! How did I not know this?

My favs!

I realized they were CTMH when the acrylic block in my kit was the same size as the one I already have. So why are they my favs? Because they are easy to handle. There is a place for your hand to grip - see the indention on the sides?

Love these blocks! They are the best!

My other blocks look like this...

Try gripping those edges...not always easy and actually they are just very uncomfortable for your hands. Don't believe me? I'll let you have them! haha

That's all for now. I'm gonna try to steal me a small morning nap before hitting the gym. Have a great day and stop by again soon!

Currently...

A few slight changes have been made to my blog here.

The most important to mention is the web address: http://faithfamilyfitness99.blogspot.co.uk/

Other changes made were to the header, color of the title posts and the page links. Please take a moment to view those pages and check them regularly for updates.

You will also notice I've added a few new things to the sidebar. I have signed up with Close to my Heart and I am hoping to get my business up and off the ground soon. Therefore, you will be seeing a good bit of CTMH information here. However, I can not and will not change who I am and what I do or do not write about here.

My Faith will always be deeply important to me and mentioned frequently, as will my Family and my passion for Fitness. Just because I am on a new adventure does not mean I will be neglecting the things that are important to me. Creating a new blog just for my CTMH business seemed silly. I can't divide myself in pieces so why try to divide my blog into pieces? ...and then try to keep up with it! Yeah, right.

I have always loved paper crafting. I started scrap-booking in 1999, documenting my families memories is important to me...although, I admit I've been slacking off for sometime. I enjoy it. I have fun with it. I love watching my children look through their albums or seeing someones face light up over a handmade gift I've given them. I enjoy working with my hands. Having smooth hands is pretty much out of the question for me...if they are not covered in callouses from lifting weights then they are covered in adhesives.

I am just getting started with Close to my Heart - still waiting on my kit, actually - but I am looking forward to it and very excited about it. I can not wait to get the Cricut cartridges they have. They are exclusive to CTMH and have 700 images each!!! That is an awesome investment!

I also have some great ideas brewing for some fitness layouts. Face it y'all I think almost everyone that is on a fitness journey...documents it! So why not showcase it? Umm? If you are like me you take those measurements, you check the scale from time to time, take progress and event photos and more! You've met amazing people along the way, perhaps they helped you get started, ran your first 5K with you, got good and muddy with you in a obstacle course or maybe they were that stranger that helped finish your first sprint-triathlon strong.

We all have inspiring stories to tell and those stories inspire others to do amazing things, don't forget to document it. Trust me, it is important.

My son told me last night that a past teacher had informed him that the only reason we are born is to die. That did not sit well with him, nor I to be honest, but Brier said to me, "I don't think we are born just to die...I think we were born to make a difference." He had just finished watching Letters to God and he said, "just look at the difference that little boy made."

We make a difference in the lives of others simply by living. So take heart to the wise words of my 11-year-old son and don't be afraid to get out there and live your life, document it and share it! You'll never know who needs to hear your story if you don't share it and that's one blessing you don't want to miss out on.

YOU were born for more! Don't forget it!! God Bless!!!

Runner, Quiana White

I also met Quiana in HIIT. We discussed shoes, Kswiss - Jillian Michaels. She was always super friendly & one of the very first people to talk to me in the class. I was sad to see her move away, but that is the way it is in the military...everyone moves & sometimes we are lucky enough to meet up again. Quiana is currently soaking up the sun in Florida and I'm just slightly jealous. I miss the sun so much! England is great, but it needs more sunshine.

First tell us a little about you:

Age: 29
Married: Yes
Parent: No

Student: No
Do you work outside the home: Yes

How do you find time for running along with your everyday life: I make time for it. I have to have a routine. For me, this means packing my gym back every morning and making sure I go straight to the gym after work. If I go home or deviate from my plan, I won’t end up going because I get too busy.

How and when did you first get into running: I used to hate running. And then one day this guy that was always in the same Group Classes with me at Lakenheath approached me and told me that he just got his personal training certification, but needed to have test subjects. I had gotten to know him pretty well through the classes, so I said that I would let him train me. He made me run. As much as I hated it, he made me do it. After I had worked out with him for a few months, I ended up loving it!

How has running impacted your life: I feel strong when I am able to complete a run. It has given me a sense of accomplishment and freedom as well.

Does anyone else in your family run: My husband and I will run together sometimes, but he is less consistent than I am.

Do you run alone or with friends: 99% of the time I am running alone

What was your fitness like before running: I was still doing heavy cardio, but it was typically the elliptical or the stationary bike or the stair climber. However, once I discovered running, I also discovered that no other cardio really makes you feel like running does!

I run because: I love the way that it makes me feel and nothing else gives me the same kind of cardio workout

Your favorite running gear: I love my little Danskin running shorts.

What has been your biggest accomplishment as a runner: Being able to stick with it and learn how to push through the side pains and continue to the end.

What advice would you give to new runners: Start out at your level and work up. Your endurance will increase and you will be able to do more and more each time. Don’t beat yourself up if you need to walk during your runs. A lot of stuff says that walk/run is actually more beneficial to your body than straight running is.

Races:

Tell us about your first race: The first race that I ever did was Race for Life in the UK in 2011. It was so much fun!

What distances have you ran: The furthest that I’ve ever run is 7 miles. And I still believe that this was a fluke. I was invited with some of the running club girls when I was stationed at Lakenheath and didn’t know until I got there that it was a long run day. I never thought that I would make it. But I made it the whole way! The only time we stopped was for a potty break about halfway through.

What are your favorite distances & types of runs: I like 5K runs. I can still participate in them, but it doesn’t break the bank. I also like races that are in the Spring or Fall because it’s just too hot in Florida to do them during the summer!

What do you look for in a race before signing up: The price and the location

What are your current personal records: Not sure. I haven’t run that many

What was your most memorable race: The first one that I did in the UK that I mentioned previously

Motivation & Inspiration:

What motivates/inspires you to lace up your shoes and step out the door time & time again: The feeling that I get when I’m done with my run!

Have you experienced a runner’s high: Yes

What about those miles that make you feel like quitting, how do you push through: I never really run more than 3 miles, so I can’t really answer this question to its full capacity because I don’t have lots of miles to push through

Do you have a running coach or mentor: No

When did you realize you loved running: After I was done training with my friend for that few months and I got on the treadmill when he was no longer standing next to me telling me to do it.

Diet:

Have you lost or gained weight due to running: Lost

Do you have any specific diet strategies as a runner: No

Music:

Do you run with it or without it & why: Without. I don’t listen to mainstream music, and it’s too hard to run to classical. So now my breathing is my music. But if I’m running on a treadmill then I’ll plug into the TV

Top 3 fav songs on your running playlist right now: NA

Injuries:

Experienced them & did they make you want to quit: I have major knee injuries as a result of running. I ended up developing them, I think, because when I started running I was about 45 pounds heavier than now. So I think I damaged them then.

How did you recover: They flare up off and on. They’re always tender, but there are times when I can’t run on them at all. So during this time I’ll have to get my cardio in on the elliptical or something else.

How do you prevent them: I will wrap them if they’re just kind of hurting, or I’ll stay off of running completely for a few days to give them some recovery time

Have you lost any toenails: No

Dreams & Goals:

What is your running goal this year: I really want to run my first half marathon this year!

What is your running dream: I would love to do the Disney Full Marathon while we’re stationed in Tampa

If you could run your weekend run with anyone in the world who would it be: Jillian Michaels. That way she could yell at me the whole time and I’d never want to stop. Haha!

Runner, Belle Church

I first met Belle in the HIIT (high intensity interval class) on RAF Lakenheath. One thing I remember about Belle is she was always happy & the mustache tattoo on her finger haha. I've also seen her workout/run in those 5-finger-shoes that creep me out. I know a lot of people that really like those.

First tell us a little bit about yourself:

Age: 30
Married: Happily.
Parent: I'm the mother of 2 strapping young lads, Hunter and Jackson.
Student: I'm working on my graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Do you work outside the home: I'm the Chief of Airmen Outreach Operations at Edwards Air Force Base.
How do you find time for running along with your everyday life:
I try my best to go when James has the kids.
How and when did you first get into running:
A couple years ago this lovely lady named Cindy Neldner said "It would be fun." It was a the Night 10K in Bury St. Edmunds and it was definitely fun! It was a walk but I've never walked 6 miles before and I instantly became interested in running.
How has running impacted your life:
Absolutely. I know that I can push beyond my past limits and that's so empowering.
Does anyone else in your family run:
My brother, he's 38 and he's great at it!
Do you run alone or with friends:
Usually alone. I'm not a fast runner and I hate the feeling of keeping people behind.
What was your fitness like before running:
Well, I was quite fit when I was in the Air Force. I was running and active in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and dabbled in Muay Thai. Then I got pregnant and stopped taking care of myself.
I run because:
It's free therapy. It's always open, unlike the gym here on base. And I really like the time I have to myself.
Your favorite running gear:
Hmmm...I don't have anything fancy.
What has been your biggest accomplishment as a runner:
The Tough Mudder. That ish was TOUGH!
What advice would you give to new runners:
Don't let you hold yourself back.
Races:

Tell us about your first race:

It was a St. Patty's Day 5K in Iraq. I wasn't in a running group or anything so I did it alone. It wasn't that fun. The paths were either gravel, broken sidewalks and or BIG rocks. I'm surprised I didn't break something then.
What distances have you ran:
5k, 10k, 12 and a 13.1.
What are your favorite distances & types of runs:
I just love fun runs. 5ks are the easiest and shortest and I enjoy the after party.
What do you look for in a race before signing up:
The shirt!!!! I wish I kept all my medals away from the kids. It would totally look cool somewhere on display.
What are your current personal records:
Just completing the runs I have are my personal records. Like I said, I'm not fast so right now I'm not concentrating on time.
What was your most memorable race:
The Tough Mudder. I swear I thought I was going to die and I wanted to quit the whole time. 9 out of 12 miles my legs were cramping and you could see my muscle distorting around mile 6. The water was what beating me up. Every time I got warmed up enough to loosen up my muscles, there would be a water obstacle and my muscles would spasm again.
But man, crossing the finish line was the best part. I'm still in awe of my teammates and I'm so proud of myself.
Motivation & Inspiration:

What motivates/inspires you to lace up your shoes and step out the door time & time again:

I think it's the escaping from crying kids and a messy house that motivates me.
Have you experienced a runner’s high:
Yes, and it's delicious!
What about those miles that make you feel like quitting, how do you push through:
Well, I'm pretty far away and I have to get back home. And I doubt James would pick me up.
Do you have a running coach or mentor:
Cindy Neldner and Fathia Clay have been really great mentors. I am forever grateful!
When did you realize you loved running:
I did 2 5ks one weekend. The Monday after, I wasn't feeling sore and I knew then that running is my friend, not my enemy.
Diet:

Have you lost or gained weight due to running:

Haha! I lost my baby #2 weight but I'm still battling the weight I gained from being pregnant.
Do you have any specific diet strategies as a runner:
I am thee worst person to ask this question! But I hear water is very good for running.
Music:

Do you run with it or without it & why:
Sometimes but I prefer not to run with music. I hate when the earphone things fall out. I have just let my phone play loud but realized that used up all my media privileges.
Top 3 fav songs on your running playlist right now:
If I had to pick:
"Locked Out of Heaven" by Bruno Mars
"Blow Me (One Last Kiss)" by Pink
"Dig Up Her Bones" by Misfits
Injuries:

Experienced them & did they make you want to quit: Um, fortunately the most I've felt was sore. I received a ton of bruises and scratches from the Tough Mudder but they just made me feel better and stronger.
How did you recover:
Long baths and a really great, intense, deep massage by my friend Mary in Vegas. I swear, I should have need a week to recuperate but she helped me heal in a day.
How do you prevent them:
I feel that I know the line that I shouldn't cross and I don't cross it. I'd rather miss a PR than miss running all together.
Have you lost any toenails:
Bruised a few. I cut my toenails short and file them before runs.
Dreams & Goals:

What is your running goal this year:

Completing the Tough Mudder. Win!
What is your running dream:
To run a marathon. Dammit! I said I wouldn't do another half but I'm signing myself up for the Tinkerbell half in January. And I said I would never do a full but now I kinda want to do a full. Hey, this is a dream, right?

If you could run your weekend run with anyone in the world who would it be:
I would run a fantastic marathon in Hawaii with all the lovely runners I've met in England. I miss you all!
