Currently...

A few slight changes have been made to my blog here.

The most important to mention is the web address: http://faithfamilyfitness99.blogspot.co.uk/

Other changes made were to the header, color of the title posts and the page links. Please take a moment to view those pages and check them regularly for updates.

You will also notice I've added a few new things to the sidebar. I have signed up with Close to my Heart and I am hoping to get my business up and off the ground soon. Therefore, you will be seeing a good bit of CTMH information here. However, I can not and will not change who I am and what I do or do not write about here.

My Faith will always be deeply important to me and mentioned frequently, as will my Family and my passion for Fitness. Just because I am on a new adventure does not mean I will be neglecting the things that are important to me. Creating a new blog just for my CTMH business seemed silly. I can't divide myself in pieces so why try to divide my blog into pieces? ...and then try to keep up with it! Yeah, right.

I have always loved paper crafting. I started scrap-booking in 1999, documenting my families memories is important to me...although, I admit I've been slacking off for sometime. I enjoy it. I have fun with it. I love watching my children look through their albums or seeing someones face light up over a handmade gift I've given them. I enjoy working with my hands. Having smooth hands is pretty much out of the question for me...if they are not covered in callouses from lifting weights then they are covered in adhesives.

I am just getting started with Close to my Heart - still waiting on my kit, actually - but I am looking forward to it and very excited about it. I can not wait to get the Cricut cartridges they have. They are exclusive to CTMH and have 700 images each!!! That is an awesome investment!

I also have some great ideas brewing for some fitness layouts. Face it y'all I think almost everyone that is on a fitness journey...documents it! So why not showcase it? Umm? If you are like me you take those measurements, you check the scale from time to time, take progress and event photos and more! You've met amazing people along the way, perhaps they helped you get started, ran your first 5K with you, got good and muddy with you in a obstacle course or maybe they were that stranger that helped finish your first sprint-triathlon strong.

We all have inspiring stories to tell and those stories inspire others to do amazing things, don't forget to document it. Trust me, it is important.

My son told me last night that a past teacher had informed him that the only reason we are born is to die. That did not sit well with him, nor I to be honest, but Brier said to me, "I don't think we are born just to die...I think we were born to make a difference." He had just finished watching Letters to God and he said, "just look at the difference that little boy made."

We make a difference in the lives of others simply by living. So take heart to the wise words of my 11-year-old son and don't be afraid to get out there and live your life, document it and share it! You'll never know who needs to hear your story if you don't share it and that's one blessing you don't want to miss out on.

YOU were born for more! Don't forget it!! God Bless!!!
