Jan. 3. 2012 Assessment

Today was my first training session with Herman since Dec. 8th. He'd said we were going to start the New Year off on the right foot: An Assessment. My last assessment went pretty good.

Jump rope - 92
Pull ups - 125 (weight) 15 reps
Dips - 95 (weight) 9 reps
Ball Squats - 40
Abs - 32 (check for balance L-25, R-6)
C/Press - 65 (weight) 11 reps
B/Pull - 95 (weight) 15 reps
Leg Press 260 (weight) 20 reps
1000 meter Row - 4:55.9

Neck - 12.5
Chest - 36
Waist - 28.5
Hips - 40.5
Thighs - R-22.5 L-22
Biceps - R-12.5 L-12
Calves - L-15 R- 15

TODAY: Jan. 3. 2012

Jump rope - 107
Pull ups - 110 (weight) 15 reps
Dips - 95 (weight) 12 reps
Ball Squats - 33
Abs - 33 (check for balance L-20, R-30)
C/Press - 65 (weight) 8 reps
B/Pull - 95 (weight) 14 reps
Leg Press 300 (weight) 16 reps
1000 meter Row - 4:56.1

Neck - 12.25
Chest - 36
Waist - 27.75
Hips - 40
Thighs - R-20 L-20.5
Biceps - R-13 L-12.5
Calves - L-14.50 R- 14.75

Minus: 6.25 inches baby!!!

Yeah, some of my reps went down, but hey first day back after what a 4 week break, I'd say not bad! Can't wait til the next assessement - I'm gonna show it, who OWNS it. :-)

I had personally taken my measurements on 2 different occasions.  I am going to stick with Herman's measurements as I believe mine to have been WAY off.

I look forward to the next assessment. I can't wait to see what kind of progress I've made.
