Short & Sweet

I had a lot more to blog about earlier today, but then I got busy and time got away from me. However, I wanted to share with you what I did today. I've seen photos, videos and all of people 'prepping' their food for the week, but I've never really been sure how to go about it. So today, I cooked. I had a few left over things I knew I could eat with my nutrition plan & I knew I needed plenty of veg & protein. So my steamer and skillet were my friends today & they served me well.

What do I have there: Well...a LOT of broccoli, some cooked carrots, rice, left-over roast beef, pasta with veggies, sirloin stir-fry and boiled eggs. All measured out to the amounts I need for each meal. How many meals will this make??? Umm... I'm not 100% sure yet. I'll have to make a few more things to complete a few meals, but I think perhaps there are about 5-6 meals there. I'll let you know for sure later. I'm still learning how to do this ya know. I'm just happy to have my breakfast, snacks and lunches sorted. Veggies for dinner are in there but I'll have to make the main meal later. I got a family to feed too....


What I am most impressed with...it all fit in my tiny British fridge!!! 
Who knew! I think I'm really going to like this prepping idea.
