February Rough Month
I feel as if February has been a rather rough month for me. My workouts have been hit and miss. I've tried to maintain eating right, but I feel like I'm slacking, like I need to step it up a little. Tuesday was a hard training day. Herman really pushed me. 45 second intervals instead of 12-15 reps...challenging. I know it was worth it though and that my body needed it because for the first time in a few weeks I'm sore. My abs are saying, "hey lady whatcha trying to do kill me!" My forearms are saying the same thing today as I played volleyball last night and they are very sore.
